La Fromagerie d'Anniviers is looking for a passionate and motivated Cheesemaker / Milk Technologist CFC to complete its team. Join a dynamic team and contribute to perpetuating the tradition and excellence of our artisanal dairy products.

Responsibilities ###

• Transformation of milk into high-quality dairy products, notably fromage à raclette du Valais AOP, tommes and other specialties.
• Control and monitoring of manufacturing processes to guarantee compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
• Management and maintenance of production equipment.
• Preparation of orders and packaging.

Qualifications ###

• CFC in Cheesemaking or Milk Technology, or equivalent training.
• Experience in the manufacture of dairy products, ideally in an artisanal environment.
• In-depth knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Driver's license.
