What you do You are responsible for risk identification, -evaluation and -assessment for the corporate clients assigned to you You underwrite risks independently and profit-oriented within the framework of the competence regulation and internal guidelines You ensure market-oriented risk selection including portfolio quality of the corporate products and carry out risk consultations for our sales partners You advise and negotiate with direct customers and act as a technical contact person for our sales partners as well as within Zurich You help shape the strategic direction of operational underwriting and contribute to the continuous optimization of processes and services What you bring Commercial basic training in the insurance industry including subject-specific further training (e.g., federal insurance specialist certificate or HFV) Relevant professional experience in international corporate business and in operational underwriting or product management Proven experience in successful relationship management with sales partners and the associated customer-, solution- and performance-oriented way of working Good analytical skills and independent way of working, combined with a strong sense of responsibility Proficient German and English skills, other national languages an advantage Your contact Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant: Frutiger () Additional information Part-time or full-time: 70 - 100% Work location: Zürich, Oerlikon Travel activity: up to 5% Hybrid working: up to 40% We look forward to your online application - even without a cover letter.
