CONSTRUCTION MANAGER UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION 80-100% - SWITZERLAND

YOUR TASKS – BRINGING TECHNOLOGY INTO PRACTICE:

• Part of the local construction management for demanding underground construction projects and accompanying implementation directly on site
• Coordination of work on the construction site and monitoring its professional execution
• Keeping deadlines and contractual specifications in view and responsibility for inspections as well as warranty work
• Supervising several construction sites simultaneously
• Bringing experience from execution into project design and project management
• Use of digital working methods such as «BIM2field» on the construction site and connecting planning and execution

YOUR PROFILE – TECHNICALLY VERSED, PRACTICALLY ORIENTED:

• Training as a Technician TS, Civil Engineer FH/ETH or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in the construction management of tunnel projects in Switzerland as well as knowledge in project design
• Interest in technical contexts and their practical implementation on the construction site
• Independent and reliable way of working, customer-oriented thinking and taking responsibility
• Clear communication and joy in collaborating in a team
• Secure application of MS Office programs; knowledge in «Messerli BAUAD» is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written (at least C1), knowledge of English, French or Italian is welcome
