We are looking for our establishment l-EMS Mont-Riant in Yverdon-les-Bains, which welcomes 56 Persons and which is specialized in the field of geriatric psychiatry: CRS Health Care Assistant (M/F/D) in permanent contract at 80% - EMS Mont-Riant Regardless of their function, the professionals of La Fondation Saphir have a common will, that of supporting Persons daily to allow them to concretely experience the institutional service strategy according to the *aedis* model "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer an adapted response to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to promote their well-being and their quality of life. As a CRS health care assistant, you accompany Persons in their daily life (acts of daily living, social activities, spiritual, housekeeping) while ensuring the preservation of their autonomy and taking into account the support project. You contribute to a reassuring and convivial atmosphere. You participate in the support project of the Person by ensuring that their environment is adapted to their needs. You will collaborate in interprofessionality and adapt your practices to the needs of each Person and participate in the implementation of individualized support.
