With a view to long-term development of the position, we are looking for a curious, committed personality ready to invest themselves in a hospital environment and in a multi-site job.

The team brings together experienced professionals intervening 24h/24 in specialized units - acute adult psychiatry, psychogeriatrics, addictology and psychosocial rehabilitation - offering integrated and individualized care in open or closed environments according to needs. It also ensures liaison and training missions recognized by the ISFM, contributing to the quality of care and the training of psychiatrists.

Job Description

• Intervene within the framework of the hospitalization of persons presenting addiction-related disorders and requiring psychiatric care.
• Ensure consultations and specialized addiction management within the multidisciplinary team.
• Be a driver in the evolution of addictology within the Pôle santé Mental by contributing to projects and the development of an integrated care system guaranteeing high standards and complete management of addictive issues.
• Actively participate in the elaboration of care projects and the continuous improvement of addiction practices within the establishment.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in order to design and implement individualized care plans adapted to people concerned by addictions.
• Establish and maintain strong professional links with general practitioners and network partners, in order to promote fluid collaboration and careful follow-up of the persons accompanied.

Qualifications
--------------

• You benefit from in-depth training in psychiatry and addiction psychotherapy. You also hold the FMH specialist title (or equivalent). You master French at a minimum level of C1.
• You have proven experience in clinical psychiatry, ideally in a hospital context. Experience in a university environment would also be appreciated.
• You possess solid skills in listening, analysis and decision-making. Your field and theoretical expertise allows you easy management of complex and high emotional intensity situations. You work autonomously while respecting protocols, clinical standards and the values of the establishment.
• You enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team and communicate easily with the different members of the healthcare network. Your sense of collaboration constitutes a real asset to contribute to the collective enrichment of the psychiatry and addiction service.
• You demonstrate a keen sense of ethics, confidentiality and respect. Your benevolent and empathetic posture allows you to create a secure environment, promoting the therapeutic alliance indispensable in the management of persons concerned by addictions.
