Evening shift with night on-call duty

The Verein Katzenhübel offers adults with support needs needs-based, animal- and nature-oriented living and working spaces on the farm. In the Höchweidhus, up to ten young people with a cognitive impairment and/or autism spectrum disorders live in a residential group as well as a separate attic apartment. Additionally, up to three employees with support needs work in the daily structure in the Höchweidhus. As a supplement to our team in Dürrenäsch, we are looking for a person for the Evening shift with night on-call duty starting 1. May 2025 or by arrangement. For the night on-call duty, you join the evening shift and are alone on duty from 20:00 until 22:30. During the night on-call duty, you sleep in the on-call room and are responsible for the needs of all residents in case of need. In the morning, you accompany our residents from 7:00 to 9:00 (from 7:30 in a two-person team).
