This organization is part of a process of enhancing professions, professionalizing practices, and coherent development of early childhood reception services. Under the responsibility of the management of the structure, you will mainly be in charge of: Welcoming, accompanying, and ensuring the management of a group of children; Planning and proposing activities and animations; Participating in the development of the pedagogical project carried by the structure and implementing it daily; Collaborating to establish and maintain an atmosphere favorable to the development of each child within the group; Establishing a partnership with parents and/or any resource person; Sharing and exchanging knowledge, analyses, and reflections with other professionals; Collaborating closely and actively with internal and external network partners.
