Gardener Foreman with additional construction management tasks 80 - 100 % ##

In various customer gardens, we make dreams come true.
The horticulture department is responsible for the following areas of responsibility: maintenance and horticultural work for various private customers, public customers.

This is your job ###

Leading a horticulture group and active collaboration - Guiding, leading, accompanying and empowering one to four employees on their way back into the working world - Supporting the site manager with administrative and organizational tasks - Activities in the area of construction management such as customer consulting, preparation of offers, work preparation, organization and accompaniment of horticultural work (approx. 20 % of your activity)

Training as a landscape gardener, or other horticultural training possibly with training as a gardener foreman or initial administrative experience - Communicative and team player, open and customer-oriented - Driver's license Cat. B - Independent and flexible - Readiness to live our mission statement based on Christian values
