• Guaranteeing simple, standardized advice regarding numbers, saving, investing and provisioning
• Developing need-oriented solutions by taking into account the customer's life situation as well as within the framework of the segment-specific / customer-specific product range
• Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
• Participation in target group-specific market development measures, particularly in contact campaigns
