Department Manager Electrical Installations

Your Task

In this responsible leadership role, you will undertake the operational, personnel, and economic management of your department. Together with your project managers, you will ensure that projects are successfully implemented and that customers can rely on the highest quality at all times.

In doing so, you see yourself not only as a manager but also as a coach and sparring partner for your team. You promote employees in a targeted manner, create clear structures, and continuously develop your department.

Your versatile area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• Leadership, promotion, and further development of your project managers and employees
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and economic efficiency of ongoing projects
• Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships
• Support with demanding projects and technical issues
• Optimization of workflows and introduction of efficient processes
• Active participation in the further development of the company

Your Profile

You have several years of professional experience in the field of electrical installations and have already been able to gain leadership experience. You think entrepreneurially, act in a solution-oriented manner, and know how to motivate people and be successful together.

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

• Further training as an Electrical Project Manager Installation and Safety, electrical installer with master craftsman examination or a comparable training
• Good business administration knowledge
• Strong organizational skills
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• High social competence as well as enjoyment of employee leadership
