Behind this advertisement, a Swiss company based in the canton of Vaud, recognized in the design of industrial systems, is looking for an ABB expert Robotics Engineer to develop new machines. You will take charge of the programming, optimization and support of the robotic cells integrated into the machines, in close connection with the process, automation and software teams. You will be directly recruited on a permanent contract (CDI), with a long-term objective (no consulting or temporary staffing missions). Your responsibilities: Develop and maintain robot programs. Create, analyze and optimize trajectories and sequences (including trajectories from internal algorithms). Participate in the testing, validation and fine-tuning phases until compliance with functional requirements. Collaborate daily with the automation and software teams (technical interfaces). Write and maintain technical documentation (programs, versions, procedures). Write the functional analyses necessary for developments (sequence logic / requirements). Ensure support and maintenance of deployed systems (fixes, improvements, evolutions). Possible travel depending on projects Profile sought: Training in robotics, automation, mechatronics or equivalent. 10 years minimum in industrial robot programming (senior profile). Experience with ABB robots and tools. Confirmed experience in industrial integration. Practice of real-time trajectory tracking is an asset. Comfortable in a multidisciplinary context (process / automation / software). Autonomous, pragmatic personality, oriented towards problem-solving, good interpersonal skills.
