You support our Corporate Finance Team in performing Tax Due Diligence. You prepare tax rulings, write objections, and represent clients before the tax authorities. You provide professional support to colleagues and work closely with other business lines to develop holistic solutions. You process complex tax issues, review tax returns, and check assessments for legal and natural persons. You actively contribute to customer care and the expansion of new mandates. You work actively with our foreign network partners. Your profile is BEautifying (BEgeistert) because you have training as a dipl. tax expert or equivalent training in tax law. have sound practical experience (at least 7 years) in national and international tax law of legal and also natural persons. master MS Office confidently and ideally are also very familiar with Dr. Tax or TaxWare. move stylistically confidently in German and are business fluent in English. work independently, precisely, and with a clear eye for solutions. value exchange within the team as much as direct contact with your customers.
