Short & sweet Schloss Bottmingen houses two restaurants. The restaurant Brasserie du Château, where guests can enjoy a mixture of traditional and regional dishes in a relaxed French castle atmosphere. And the gourmet restaurant Louis, which is oriented towards the highest culinary quality. Creations of classic French cuisine as well as creative dishes depending on the season are served. What you bring with you: • Completed training in classic service or corresponding professional experience • Joy in guest contact and a natural sense of hospitality • An attentive, well-groomed and reliable way of working • Good German skills; other languages are an advantage • Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends • Calm and overview, even when many things are happening at once • Team spirit, sense of responsibility and a positive nature • Interest in food and beverages as well as joy in good advice Your tasks: You look after our guests attentively, professionally and with genuine warmth. In the brasserie, you manage your own service station and, together with the team, ensure a smooth process. At banquets and events, you assist in the preparation and implementation and contribute to ensuring that our guests feel completely comfortable from reception to farewell.
