Mission: Administrative monitoring of contracts and orders Invoicing and VAT statements Entry of accounting entries, monitoring of bank accounts, payments, reconciliations and closings Payroll and social insurance processing Preparation of budgets, taxation Monitoring/management of suppliers, various administrative tasks Profile CFC or Commercial Professional Maturity, French native language – English First ideally 5 years minimum of successful experience in a similar position within an SME in Switzerland Good skills in general accounting up to the balance sheet, knowledge of payroll and social insurance Comfortable with administration and client/supplier monitoring Good mastery of MS Office and ideally Dynamic NAV Organized, precise, flexible, proactive and sense of responsibility Valid work permit in Switzerland and available quickly Your interlocutor: Your contact for this position is Sophie.
