With our know-how, we offer our national and international customers complete solutions for events, exhibitions, trade promotions, product launches, fulfillment, and eCommerce.

We are looking for a dispatcher as soon as possible or by arrangement.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Dispatching and planning of transport orders taking into account
• capacities, time specifications, and costs
• Personnel deployment planning
• Efficient creation, monitoring, and optimization of complex tour planning
• Communication with event technicians, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to coordinate delivery dates and delivery locations
• Finding solutions for occurring problems and disruptions
• Advising customers and partners
• Interface to warehouse and customer service
• Fleet management
• Documentation and data maintenance in the system
• Deputy SIBE (Safety Officer)

• Trailer license or willingness to complete it

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Completed training in the field of logistics, dispatching
• Professional experience as a dispatcher/tour planner and ideally in personnel planning
• Experience in the event logistics industry is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills & IT affinity (digital processes)
