Your field of activity ### • You ensure nursing development and quality in the Zentrum für Intensivmedizin (ZIM) in cooperation with the nursing management and are co-responsible for the creation and implementation of nursing concepts • Together with other nursing experts and team members, you make a valuable contribution to various project groups through your specialist expertise and practice-oriented approach • You are responsible for competent and patient-oriented care of the patients, perform shifts in direct nursing in all shifts, and support students in their professional development • Your place of work is an interdisciplinary intensive care unit with state-of-the-art workstations and comprehensive infrastructure Your experience ### • You are an expert in intensive care NDS HF, have an equivalent specialist training in intensive care, or are a registered nurse FH with experience in intensive care.
