With a view to implementing its new communal allocation plan and several projects intended to strengthen the village's identity, develop public infrastructure, and enhance its heritage, the Municipalité de Jouxtens-Mézery is advertising the position of :

Head of the Communal Technical Office (40 to 60%)

Reporting to the Municipalité, you will participate in the implementation of its territorial development policy. You will ensure the processing of construction police files and support the realization of communal projects.

Your main responsibilities

• Inform owners, architects, and representatives on applicable regulations and procedures
• Ensure the analysis of building permit requests, verify their compliance, and provide preliminary assessments of files for the attention of the Municipalité
• Carry out site visits and the inspections necessary for the issuance of occupancy/use permits
• Ensure the technical monitoring of communal projects (buildings, roads, pipes, etc.)
• Contribute to the development and implementation of plans, regulations, and procedures regarding land-use planning, construction police, or water drainage and purification
• Participate in various meetings and, if necessary, represent the Municipalité there
• Plan and coordinate the activities of the technical office, ensuring the optimization of processes and the modernization of management tools
