As part of a new dynamic within our Nursing Management, we are looking for our future Operating Room Manager, following the departure of the current position holder. As a key player in the functioning of the operating block, you will be at the heart of activity organization and team support. Your expertise in surgical instrumentation and your ability to unite people will contribute directly to the quality, safety, and performance of our activity, in an environment where collaboration and the patient are central. What will you be required to do? Lead the activity of the operating rooms and guarantee a fluid and efficient organization of the surgical program Coordinate medical and nursing teams and various partner services to ensure the continuity and quality of activities Unite and support a multidisciplinary team (approximately 42 FTE) by promoting collaboration, skill development, and a climate of trust Supervise the application of good practices and instrumentation protocols specific to interventions, in collaboration with doctors Develop a relationship of trust with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and various partners of the block Guarantee the quality and safety of care, as well as compliance with hygiene, asepsis, traceability, and safety protocols Ensure the availability and compliance of medical devices, equipment, and resources necessary for interventions, in collaboration with the relevant services Analyze performance indicators and implement necessary actions for the continuous improvement of activities Contribute to institutional projects and the development of surgical activity Manage the resources and budget of your sector in coherence with the Institution's objectives and its cost control strategy With whom will you work? The operating block brings together a multidisciplinary team of approximately 60 professionals (Instrumentalists, ATSSO, Room Assistants, Equipment Managers, Housekeeping Staff). The essentials: Hold a diploma as an operating room nurse or operating room technician, completed by higher education in management or an equivalent training Demonstrate at least 5 years of specialized practice, including 2 years in a responsibility function Demonstrate strong skills in organization, planning, and coordination of activities Know how to unite multidisciplinary teams around common objectives by promoting trust and empowerment Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills with interlocutors of various profiles Possess a good spirit of analysis, initiative, and decision-making Master common IT and management tools Your assets: Have experience in an operating environment and in collaboration with medical teams Show diplomacy, discernment, and interpersonal ease Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a real capacity to create relationships of trust Know how to combine listening, assertiveness, and a sense of the collective Demonstrate a good capacity for adaptation and management of unforeseen events Why choose the Clinique de La Source?
