Become part of it too and apply as a Senior Compliance Officer.     What you do   • You carry out internal clarifications and investigations in the event of suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial irregularities and independently prepare the next steps • You analyze complex customer and transaction constellations, evaluate data, and derive sound, risk-based assessments and recommendations from them • You translate legal requirements into understandable internal guidelines and maintain our Compliance Control Framework • You advise our specialist departments and sales channels on GwG, KYC/Customer Due Diligence, sanctions, and embargoes and support the implementation of the requirements • You act preventively by conducting training and awareness measures on AML topics, undertaking control and monitoring tasks within the framework of our AML framework, and being available as an active contact person for queries via our Compliance Inbox     What you bring   • University degree (e.g., law or economics) or equivalent training with sound experience in Compliance/AML as well as mandatory proven professional experience in the insurance industry • Great interest in anti-money laundering, sanctions law, and regulatory issues • Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, flair for data evaluation, and perseverance with complex matters • Enjoyment of responsibility, high willingness to learn, assertiveness, and an integral, solution-oriented way of working • Very good communication skills in German and English as well as ideally another national language     Your contact   Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant: Philippe Frutiger (+41 44 628 32 20)     Additional information   Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100% Work location: Zürich, Oerlikon Travel activity: up to 10% Hybrid working: up to 40% #LI-Hybrid  We look forward to your online application - even without a cover letter.
