HR Specialist

Your mission:

As an HR Specialist, you play a key role in the development and management of human resources within our company. Your mission consists of supporting the HR department in the implementation of a modern and efficient policy, while providing daily operational support.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Actively participating in the management of HR processes, including recruitment, talent management, skills development, and payrolling.
• Ensuring the monitoring of personnel files and ensuring compliance with legal and conventional obligations.
• Contributing to and supporting managers in their HR responsibilities (team management, performance evaluation, conflict management, etc.).
• Serving as a relay and support role within the framework of the company's organizational and cultural transformations.

Your profile:

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as an HR Specialist
• Proven experience in a generalist HR function, ideally in an industrial or technical environment.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and modern HR practices.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with all stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in an HRIS (Abacus an asset)
• Proficiency in German, a plus.
