For our customer in the region, we are looking for an engaged and qualified personality as Polymechaniker EFZ (m/w/d) 80–100%. per immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: • Programming, setting up, and operating conventional as well as CNC-controlled machines • Manufacturing of mechanical individual parts and assemblies according to technical drawings • Monitoring of manufacturing processes while adhering to quality standards and deadline specifications • Carrying out dimensional inspections and quality controls during and after production • Maintenance and upkeep of machines, tools, and operating equipment • Cooperation in the optimization of manufacturing processes and workflows • Assistance in cutting manufacturing within the team • Completion of administrative and organizational tasks in the production environment Your profile: • Completed basic training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ (mandatory) • Several years of experience in the programming and operation of CNC machines, ideally with Mastercam • Knowledge in CNC turning and/or milling, preferably with Siemens, Heidenhain, or Fanuc • Technical understanding, exact and quality-conscious way of working • Independent, reliable, and team-oriented personality • Good PC user skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) • Very good German skills in spoken and written language • Ideally training as an Arbeitsagogin/Arbeitsagoge or sound experience in working with people with disabilities • Readiness for shift work (required depending on the operating company) Job details: • Type of employment: Temporary employment with option for permanent employment • Start date: Immediately or by arrangement • Workload: 80–100% (Full-time) --- We offer: • A demanding and varied activity in an exciting working environment • Modern infrastructure and a collegial, motivated team • Opportunity for personal and professional development • Temporary employment with a clear perspective for permanent employment Interested?
