For our location in Niederurnen, we are looking for an immediate, temporary assignment of 6 months for a Clerk Transport Dispatch / Export 100% (m/f/d) Clerk Transport Dispatch / Export temporary 100% (m/f/d) Tasks Ensuring timely national and international transport dispatch by road, rail, sea, and air Preparation of all transport and export formalities Timely initialization of goods availability (pre-dispatch) Rail wagon management including ordering, communication, coordination with SBB Cargo and corresponding freight invoice control Deputization in the area of national truck dispatch ("Auto zugestellt") Completion of all work in the area of registration and goods issue postings: ensuring timely and correct goods issue posting and directing drivers and private individuals who report to the registration counter Administration and ordering of office supplies Requirements Completed commercial basic training Several years of experience in a comparable function Good user knowledge with MS Office as well as ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O) Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing, any further language is an advantage Resilient, flexible, team-oriented and communicatively strong personality We offer A responsible and exciting field of activity awaits you in a sustainably growing company.
