Your tasks: * Technical and personnel leadership of a nursing team including shift planning, employee appraisals, and administrative tasks * Responsibility for the professional, holistic care and nursing of the residents * Ensuring and controlling the electronic nursing documentation * Contact person for residents, relatives, and external specialist agencies including coordination of doctor visits * Planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process as well as active participation in daily nursing duties * Accompanying and supporting apprentices, students, and interns * Participation in quality development as well as promoting interdisciplinary cooperation Your profile: * Completed training as a dipl.
