Head of Pension and Bancassurance

Do you wish to evolve in a professional environment that is always in motion, stimulating and inspiring? Join the Credit Services and Benefits department team within the Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE), an Authentic, Courageous and Equitable bank.

As Head of Pension and Bancassurance, you will steer, organize and supervise all administrative, financial and regulatory activities of the LP and EP3 Foundations. You will guarantee legal compliance (LPP, LFLP) while optimizing the quality of services provided to insured persons and partners.

Your missions
------------

• Operational management: Supervise the maintenance of vested benefits accounts and the processing of benefits (payments, transfers, early withdrawals for home ownership or departure abroad).
• Compliance and legal: Ensure strict application of federal laws (LPP, LFLP, OPP 2, OPP3) and adapt regulations to legal developments.
• Financial management: Follow the investment policy of the Foundations in collaboration with the Foundation Board and wealth managers.
• Partner relations: Serve as the main interlocutor for the supervisory authority (CHSPP), auditors, partner banks, institutional clients and BCGE employees.
• Management: Lead, motivate and develop the administrative and technical team of the Foundations.

Your profile
------------

• University degree (Law, Economics), Federal Diploma of specialist in social insurance or training deemed equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Swiss occupational pension schemes (2nd/3rd pillars), ideally in the specific field of vested benefits and 3A pension.
• Proven expertise in pension law (LFLP/LPP/OPP3) and solid financial knowledge.
• Perfect command of French; command of German or English constitutes a major asset.
