With us, you take responsibility for complex projects from the start and design innovative solutions with a solid team. Job description • You are in charge of the overall planning, management, and implementation of store design projects - from the conceptual phase to the turnkey handover. • You are responsible for meeting schedules, budgets, and quality standards and make informed decisions independently during the project. • You manage and coordinate internal and external project stakeholders (Key Account, design, production, assembly) and act as the central interface. • You monitor the project's progress, identify risks early, and proactively implement appropriate measures. • You regularly travel to sites in Switzerland and lead projects directly on the construction site or at the client's premises. • You communicate easily with clients and partners - also in English or French - and ensure a smooth process Qualifications • You have completed technical training in the field of wood, metal, or related disciplines (e.g., carpenter, wood technician HF). • You have several years of experience in project management, ideally in store design or a comparable environment. • You distinguish yourself with a strong organizational, persuasive, and independent capacity. • You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in complex projects. • You are an effective communicator and appreciate teamwork. • You are willing to travel throughout Switzerland and feel comfortable in direct contact with clients.
