Your main tasks: 360-degree management: You manage the entrusted portfolio independently, which consists mainly of commercial properties. Renting: You take care of the new and repeated rental of the available portfolio spaces (including contract creation and management) and periodically review the rents (including recalculation). Care and communication: You professionally and proactively care for our tenants and are in regular communication with rental interested parties, craftsmen, and authorities. Maintenance and upkeep: You are responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the properties and the preservation of value within the approved budget and accompany maintenance projects. Renovation projects: You support renovation projects from the perspective of marketing and operations. Condition assessment and budgeting: You contribute to the development of the annual condition assessments and support the creation of the property budget and forecasts. Facility management: You lead and monitor the janitor and garden staff (including external service providers). Finance and accounting: You are jointly responsible with the accounting department for the reminder and collection system, the ancillary cost statements, the debtor and creditor management, as well as the settlement of damage and insurance cases. Your profile: Real estate training: You are a real estate manager with a federal FA or federal diploma as a real estate trustee with corresponding specialist knowledge in tenancy law and construction matters.
