• Take care of the cleaning of the hotel rooms and, if necessary, the public areas
• Undertake additional special cleaning activities after consultation with the Housekeeping Operations Manager/Housekeeping Supervisor
• Are responsible for ensuring and controlling the specified housekeeping quality standards
• Work hand in hand with our hosts and the hotel technical department to fulfill the wishes of our guests
• Are the contact person for our guests on the floor and always know what to do
• Take responsibility for lost property, because nothing gets lost with you
