Your tasks -You take responsibility for the entire nursing process and ensure professional, individual care of the residents. -You plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing measures according to current quality standards. -You carry out preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures professionally. -You promote the independence and quality of life of the residents and respond to their individual needs. -You recognize changes in the state of health at an early stage and act securely and professionally even in emergency situations. -You coordinate the exchange of information with doctors, relatives, health insurance companies, and other external specialist agencies. -You work closely with the interdisciplinary team and contribute actively to a high quality of nursing. What you bring with you -Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, DNI/II, AKP, PsyKP or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland. -Joy in taking on responsibility and actively shaping everyday nursing life. -Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working. -High social competence as well as empathy in dealing with older people. -Very good German skills in speaking and writing. -Ideally knowledge of the RAI-LTCF system or the willingness to deepen this. -Experience or interest in the areas of dementia and palliative care is an advantage.
