Your tasks

• Analysis of the employability of clients as well as the situation of the labor market in their job search field
• Conducting result-oriented counseling interviews, with the aim of enabling clients from various age groups, nationalities, and profiles to quickly and sustainably find their place in the labor market
• Development of solution-oriented, transparent, and binding reintegration strategies, as well as their monitoring, evaluation, and regular adaptation during follow-up interviews
• Targeted implementation of labor market measures, as well as reflection and optimization of counseling activities within the framework of the public employment service strategy and in compliance with legal provisions

Your profile

• Completed professional training
• At least 5 years of proven professional experience in contact with people, ideally in counseling and/or human resources.
• Willingness to undergo the HR specialist training, orientation B, and to obtain the federal diploma if you do not already hold a federal diploma as an HR specialist or social insurance specialist
• Very good knowledge of French orally and in writing, as well as knowledge of German orally
• Very good knowledge of IT tools
