Your main tasks

• Operation and maintenance of technical systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, cooling, water treatment, emergency power, door and gate systems)
• Operation and monitoring of fire alarm, sprinkler, electrical and control systems as well as lift and escalator systems
• Execution of minor repair and maintenance work in the building and in the parking garage
• Recording of energy data and operation of the parking and person counting system
• Collaboration in the assembly and disassembly of exhibitions and decorations
• On-call service as well as holiday replacement for cleaning and shopping cart service

Your profile

• Specialist in facility management EFZ or completed basic technical training (e.g., electrical installer, building technician, sanitary technician, heating installer or similar)
• Experience in the maintenance of building technology is an advantage
• Responsible, flexible and service-oriented personality
• Readiness for on-call service and irregular working hours (car mandatory)
• Good German language skills and enjoyment of versatile tasks
