Modern performance diagnostics, monitored endurance training, and direct therapy adjustments complement the treatment focus. Lifestyle changes and strengthening patient responsibility are further focuses of integrated care. Tasks • Care of patients in the Zentrum für integrierte Prävention und Rehabilitation (iPR) in the areas of oncology, pneumology, metabolism, and cardiology • Management and implementation of various therapy and movement offers such as strength training (MTT), ergometer, water, outdoor, and relaxation therapy • Implementation of sports cardiological performance diagnostics (spiroergometry) as well as planning individual therapy goals with motivating counseling for lifestyle changes • Documentation of treatments, writing reports, as well as information and counseling of patients on the ward • Close interdisciplinary cooperation in the medical-therapeutic team for the holistic treatment of the patient Profile • Completed Master's degree in sports science (specialization in prevention and rehabilitation) or Bachelor's/Master's degree in physiotherapy with SRK recognition • Experience in caring for patients with oncological and pneumological diseases as well as ideally further training in sports therapy for cancer diseases • Knowledge in performance diagnostics, especially spiroergometry and ECG interpretation • Strong teamwork skills, enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation, as well as the ability to motivate and guide patients • High level of initiative, willingness to innovate, and flexibility in dealing with changing requirements A matter of course for us ## Own daycare In Solothurn and Olten, we offer in-house daycares.
