Referent Nurse

MISSION

• Perform nursing care and basic care at the home of persons presenting a state of physical or mental dependency or a disability.
• Integrate health promotion and prevention concepts into practice.
• Implement client care projects, in collaboration with the CMS multidisciplinary team and the network.
• Ensure the role of situation manager by performing clinical analyses and carrying out and delegating quality services

PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or a title deemed equivalent (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Interest in the field of home care and a taste for teamwork
• Motivated, organized person with good communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and to face complex situations
• Excellent clinical analysis and negotiation skills
• Driver's license (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of common IT tools and the French language
