Requirement Profile ## • Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent, SRK-recognized training • Professional experience in intensive care, IMC, or ventilation care is an advantage • Interest in ventilation technologies and complex care situations • Readiness to professionally develop further in the field of ventilation care • Independent, responsible, and resilient way of working • Strong team and communication skills • Specialist training in intensive care is an advantage, but not a requirement Tasks ## • Care and monitoring of ventilated as well as medically complex residents • Operation and monitoring of modern ventilation and monitoring systems • Early detection and assessment of changes in health status as well as initiation of appropriate measures • Close interprofessional cooperation with doctors, respiratory therapists, and other specialists • Counseling and support of relatives • Co-design and further development of nursing processes and quality standards • Professional support as well as guidance of employees and trainees • No assignments in the night shift We look forward to your contact. #carepeople General Information ## Location: Basel Region: Basel-Stadt Employment degree: 60% to 80% Employment type: Permanent position Entry: after agreement
