As an reinforcement of our team in Wolfhalden, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

Production Employee with a focus on machine operation in finishing (m/f/d)

Your responsible tasks include, among others

• Ensuring the mechanical maintenance and servicing of our production plants
• Analysis and rectification of mechanical malfunctions and failures
• Carrying out repair, maintenance, and servicing work
• Manufacturing, adjusting, and repairing mechanical components and fixtures
• Carrying out CNC work as well as conventional mechanical machining
• Performing locksmithing and assembly work
• Support with conversions, optimizations, and technical improvements to plants and operating resources
• Cooperation in the continuous improvement of our production processes
• Independent troubleshooting and development of practical solutions
• Documentation of maintenance, repair, and servicing work

Requirements

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) as: Polymechanic / Production Mechanic / Industrial Mechanic
• CNC and locksmithing experience
• Experience in the mechanical maintenance of industrial plants is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Technical understanding
• Flexible and resilient
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (at least level B2)
