We are looking for, for one of our clients based in the Fribourg region, a Payroll Specialist within the framework of a 6 month fixed-term contract. The start date is desired immediately or to be agreed.
Your tasks at your new employer
You manage the entire process of salaries and social insurances
You prepare and update statistics and reports related to the payroll and HR indicators
You contribute to the optimization of payroll processes and the updating of internal procedures
You are the contact person for employees on all questions relating to payroll
You offer your new employer
You have proven experience in a similar HR function, with expertise in payroll management
You possess very good knowledge of social insurances and labor law
You ideally hold a federal diploma in HR or social insurances
You master French and German; knowledge of English is an asset
You are dynamic, autonomous, structured and comfortable with numbers
