Your area of responsibility #### • Ensuring stable and efficient production processes in cable manufacturing (extrusion, rewinding, tinning) • Close operational cooperation with production and process engineering to optimize processes • First-level support in case of malfunctions on the systems • Training and further development of employees on processes and systems • Co-design and monitoring of maintenance and upkeep in cooperation with TPM • Analysis of processes, handling of complaints, and implementation of sustainable improvement measures • Planning and execution of experiments for process optimization and product introduction • Participation in industrialization projects as well as the introduction of new systems and technologies • Active participation in shopfloor management as well as lean/KVP and 5S initiatives Your profile #### • Technical basic training (e.g. polymechanics, automation technology, mechatronics or plant operation) • Further training as a process specialist or technician HF • Several years of experience as a manufacturing technician in a production department, ideally cable production or length production • Know-how in lean management and routine application of corresponding methods • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working • High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit • Communicative, resilient personality with innovative spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration • Good German and ideally English language skills • Enjoyment of working with technical systems and employees Why HUBER+SUHNER? #### • Wide range of training and development opportunities with development possibilities • Flexible working hours • Up to 6 weeks of vacation • Company restaurant with varied menus at attractive prices • Contribution to fitness and swimming pool subscriptions • Free parking, charging station for electric vehicles • Generous contribution to the half-fare subscription • Over-obligatory pension fund and much more- We look forward to hearing from you! #### You will receive feedback from us as soon as possible.
