Your tasks

• Check-in & Check-out – You ensure a smooth process and give our guests a warm welcome
• Personal support and advice – You are the contact person for our guests during their entire stay
• Independent shift management – You take on responsibility and make decisions independently
• Various administrative activities – from email correspondence to data maintenance
• Cross-departmental coordination & communication – close cooperation with Housekeeping, Service and Spa
• Processing of reservations via all common channels

Daily closings & control of the accounts of all departments

Your profile

• Experience in a similar position in upscale hospitality is an advantage
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus, but not a requirement
• Very good language skills:

German: Native language or very good skills in speaking & writing
English: Good communication skills in speaking & writing
French or other languages are an advantage
