Your tasks: • With the support of the team leader, you will manage your own real estate portfolio, consisting of residential and commercial properties, with all associated tasks (property maintenance, tenancy management, etc.) • Re-letting of the objects including posting advertisements, checking applications • Conducting apartment viewings as well as handovers and acceptances • You ensure customer-oriented service and look after the entire tenancy • You manage caretakers and coordinate tradespeople, thus ensuring well-kept, well-maintained properties • You support renovation projects Your profile: • Completed technical or commercial basic training • Professional experience in the field of property management • You may bring the training as an Assistant in Residential Property Management and have the intention to complete the further training to become a federally certified Property Manager • You think entrepreneurially, are quality-conscious, and enjoy taking responsibility • You enjoy working independently and precisely
