What you achieve

• Together with Product Owners, system architects, and the teams, you develop a product vision and roadmap for application integration, the OpenShift platform, and our developer experience platform.
• You are responsible for the further development and prioritization of our product portfolio within the framework of SAFe and align investments towards the greatest benefit for software development.
• You know the needs of our development and DevOps teams and translate them into powerful platform services.
• With Agentic AI, you promote standardization, automation, and self-service and simplify software development.
• You network technical specialists, architecture, internal customers, and external technology partners and create understanding regarding goals and priorities.
• You develop our platforms in a future-oriented manner, combining developer experience, stability, security, economic efficiency, and technological progress.

What you bring

• You have a university degree or comparable training and further education in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
• You bring sound experience in the product management of IT products or platforms and are familiar with collaboration in an agile organization, ideally according to SAFe.
• Modern software development, DevOps, and platform concepts are familiar to you. You can technically classify topics such as OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Developer Platforms, APIs, or application integration and discuss them at eye level with technical specialists.
• You structure complex technical and organizational contexts, derive a clear direction from them, and set sustainable priorities even when there are differing interests.
• In collaboration with various stakeholders, you communicate clearly, create orientation, and convince through impact rather than formal leadership.
