Requirement profile:

• Basic training as a polymechanic (m/f)
• Experience in handling CNC-controlled 4- and 5-axis milling machines (incl. CNC programming)
• Several years of professional experience in the mechanical engineering environment (mechanics)
• Very good technical understanding
• Excellent spatial reasoning
• Team-oriented thinking
• Good German language skills
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• 2-shift service

Tasks:

• Ensuring the timely processing of all production orders on the milling machines
• Independent definition of the manufacturing processes and determination of the necessary tools and fixtures
• Programming the CNC milling machines (directly at the machine) based on workshop drawings, technical data, and instructions
• Setting up and operating the CNC milling machines incl. providing material and post-processing as well as forwarding the products
• Performing the self-inspection function for the manufactured workpieces
• Responsibility for the maintenance and servicing of the milling machines
• Managing CNC programs, setup, and tool data sheets
• Documenting initial orders and prototypes
• Participating in the continuous improvement process (KVP)
