Our Foundation operates two medico-social establishments, one with a geriatric reception mission with a CAT and the other with a mission of reception for advanced age psychiatry (PAA)
We are looking for our site in Penthalaz
for a nurse at 80% for the support of 37 residents, compatible with a geriatrics PAA mission
Your mission
Your clinical evaluation skills allow you to contribute to an optimal quality of support for residents
You establish a relationship of trust with relatives
You collaborate with teams in interdisciplinarity for the well-being of residents
You actively participate in the continuous improvement of our care practices
You demonstrate ease and a sense of priorities in the daily coordination of care
You contribute, in close collaboration with the doctor, to offering quality care to residents while respecting their life projects
Your profile
Degree in nursing HES or title judged equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Comfortable with usual IT tools
CAS in palliative care or PF training: an asset
