Employee Product Data & E-Commerce

Introduction

AcuMax Med AG is a leading company in the field of medical products and services. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Employee Product Data & E-Commerce who will support us in neatly preparing our product information and master data in the ERP system and online shop and maintaining the online shop.

Tasks

• Complete and clean up article master data in Business Central and Shopware.
• Create uniform, understandable product titles and descriptions.
• Maintain technical data, variants, categories, filters and other product fields.
• Select, crop and optimize product images for the online shop.
• Check sales prices, identify deviations and implement adjustments according to your specifications.
• Obtain missing information from suppliers and check for plausibility.
• Identify and correct faulty or incomplete product pages.
• Cooperation with external suppliers as well as internal departments such as Marketing, Purchasing and Sales.
• Support in the further development of our e-commerce presence.
• Analysis and monitoring of product and sales data.

Qualifications

• Completed training (ideally Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ, Mediamatiker/in EFZ) or studies in the field of economics, informatics, e-commerce or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in working with product data and e-commerce systems.
• Confident handling of Excel and ERP systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Shopware is an advantage.
• Structured and detail-oriented way of working.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
