Head of Postgraduate and Continuing Education 80 – 100 %, member of the management You are an experienced executive who, in a dynamic environment, develops and implements a coherent training strategy for the FSP; positions and strengthens the "psychology" label on the market; defines and implements new quality standards for postgraduate and continuing education in psychology; reconciles the interests of different stakeholders while keeping the overview; knows how to lead transformation projects with enthusiasm and skill; creates a training institute for psychology professions and establishes it economically and politically in the sector; develops and strengthens collaboration with the scientific field; designs and accompanies evaluations on the quality and effectiveness of training strategies; advises and supports institutions as well as professionals in the context of recognition, certification, and accreditation procedures; as a member of the management, contributes successfully to the steering of FSP activities, the implementation of the strategy, and the development of the organization. What you bring: University degree at master's level in psychology, educational sciences, social sciences, economic sciences or equivalent training Proven experience in the management of training, quality, and projects Excellent knowledge of the Swiss educational and political landscape, processes and quality management, as well as organizational development Sharp strategic mind and political sense, allied with great persuasiveness and communication skills Proven experience in leading transformation projects Proven skills in personnel management Very good written and oral language skills in German or French, as well as good knowledge of the other language. Proficiency in Italian is an asset.
