Customer Advisor / Project Manager (80-100%) - Media Jobs

Your tasks: • Advising and supporting our customers in the field of print media • Independent project management from inquiry to delivery • Preparation of offers, calculation and coordination with creation, pre-press and production • Collaboration and support in pre-press (ideally with experience or basic training in this area) • Development of creative, effective communication solutions in close cooperation with creation and production Your profile: • Several years of experience in the printing industry, preferably in a small business • Empathic and proactive personality with high customer orientation • Confident appearance - also in hectic situations you maintain calm and overview • Enjoyment of direct customer contact and working in a team • German native language, good English skills • Advantageous: Training or experience in pre-press (e.g. as a polygrapher) What we offer: A varied and responsible activity with a lot of creative freedom.
