In our Smart Workplace team, you will take responsibility for the stable operation of our clients, servers, Microsoft 365 environments, as well as our Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops platform. As a central technical point of contact, you will prioritize incidents according to service level and business impact and accompany them from the first triage to the sustainable solution.
