January 2027 Your mission: Internal Audit is an independent and objective assurance and consulting activity, guided by the desire to create added value in order to improve Skyguide's operations. As a key player in our governance framework, you will contribute to designing and strengthening an effective governance, risk management, and control environment within the organization. In close collaboration with the Finance & Audit Committee and the Board of Directors, you will play an essential role in the current transformation of the company as well as in the promotion of sustainable corporate governance. Your tasks: Develop and implement the risk-based annual audit plan, and present it to the Executive Management as well as the Finance & Audit Committee Ensure the strategic and managerial leadership of the Corporate Audit team, ensuring the maintenance of strong skills and the continuous professional development of its members Evaluate the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes across all business areas, providing relevant analyses and identifying opportunities to strengthen the performance and resilience of the organization Ensure strong coordination of Internal Audit activities with other control functions, including Risk Management, Controlling, External Audit as well as Legal & Compliance Act as the main interlocutor for audits conducted by supervisory authorities and coordinate cross-border audit activities within the IntACT (FABEC) audit network Lead and conduct internal audits in accordance with IPPF standards, including the preparation of clear and action-oriented reports for the Executive Management and the Board of Directors Maintain an effective and high-quality audit function by developing expertise, methodological excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement Constantly evolve our audit methodologies by relying on modern approaches, in order to guarantee a future-oriented, high-impact, and value-adding function What we are looking for: University degree; a CIA or CPA certification is required. Experience in the aviation sector is an asset Experience in Internal Audit, supplemented by project management skills, or an equivalent combination of relevant experiences and skills Proven experience of effective collaboration with the Executive Management and interlocutors at the Board of Directors level, with a capacity to value the diversity of viewpoints and to foster an inclusive dialogue Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex subjects clearly and convincingly to interlocutors at all levels of the organization Strong assertiveness and ability to unite and convince stakeholders around common goals "" even in demanding situations "" while demonstrating respect and fairness Result-oriented and confident personality, associated with a collaborative and partnership-based working style, contributing to an open and fair team culture Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, associated with a structured and solution-oriented approach, as well as the ability to take diverse perspectives into account in decision-making Excellent command of French or German, as well as strong skills in English, allowing for effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders What we offer: Depending on your position, we offer flexible hours, as well as a competitive salary, attractive working conditions, and many benefits.
