Work location: Basel Duration: 6-12 months Workload: 80–100 % Start: by arrangement SWAG Swiss Work AG is a personnel services company headquartered in Basel. We place temporary and permanent employees with companies in various industries. To support our team, we are looking for a motivated personality who wants to gain practical experience in recruiting and personnel consulting during a varied internship. *Your tasks* • Support in the entire recruiting process – from the job advertisement to the placement • Writing and publishing job advertisements • Searching for and directly contacting suitable candidates • Reviewing and pre-selecting applications • Conducting initial telephone interviews with applicants • Contact and support of candidates and employees • Insight into client consulting and the sales of a personnel consultancy • Preparation of employment contracts and support with administrative tasks • Maintenance of personnel and applicant data • Collaboration on internal projects and the further development of our processes *Your profile* • You have completed commercial training, are currently studying, or want to gain initial practical professional experience in recruiting and human resources • You are interested in recruiting, personnel consulting and sales • You work reliably, independently and carefully • You are communicative and have a professional appearance • You have very good written and spoken German skills • Further language skills are an advantage • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office *We offer* • A versatile insight into recruiting and personnel consulting • Collaboration in the entire recruiting process and early individual responsibility • Direct contact with candidates, employees and companies • Insight into recruiting, client consulting, sales and personnel administration • A structured introduction and personal support • Varied tasks and short decision-making paths • A modern workplace in the middle of the center of Basel • A qualified internship certificate • With good performance, there is the possibility of subsequent continued employment Interested?
