For a modern psychiatric clinic in Eastern Switzerland, we are looking for an engaged Healthcare Professional EFZ (m/f/d) for an acute ward, starting immediately or by arrangement. You accompany people in acute psychological distress situations and actively contribute your professional expertise to daily treatment. Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ (for qualifications obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Experience or interest in psychiatry (acute area is an advantage)
• Resilience, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in working with people in challenging phases of life
• Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and an appreciative attitude
• Willingness to develop professionally and personally

Tasks ##

• You accompany and care for patients professionally in acute psychological crisis situations
• You implement individual nursing and treatment measures together with the interprofessional team
• You promote existing resources and support patients on the path to more independence
• You document nursing services carefully and ensure a reliable exchange of information within the treatment team
• You meet demanding situations in psychiatric everyday life calmly, safely, and in a solution-oriented manner
