In constant growth, ESCO is looking for a personality capable of taking responsibility for the assembly workshop and actively contributing to the structuring of its industrial organization for the years to come. We are mandated in this context to accompany ESCO SA in the recruitment of its future: Operations Manager (Assembly) MISSION At the head of a team of about ten collaborators, you guarantee the daily performance of assembly activities, the quality of the machines delivered and the respect of deadlines. True field leader, you also ensure: • The management of assembly, commissioning and validation activities of machines • The supervision, development and skills development of the team • The continuous improvement of processes and workshop organization • The implementation of performance indicators and innovative work methods • Coordination with sales, customer service, technical office and application personnel • Accompaniment of ESCO's growth and industrial transformation • Participation in management meetings PROFILE • Technical training in mechanics, automation or industrial production • Confirmed experience in managing an industrial workshop or technical assembly activity • Experience in machine construction, machine tools or a demanding industrial environment • Ability to implement performance indicators, standardize work methods and accompany change in a growth context • Solid skills in industrial organization, continuous improvement and flow optimization (Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt or equivalent) would be a real asset • Natural leadership and strong field credibility • Excellent organizational and priority management skills • Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and solution-oriented spirit • Desire to build, structure and develop an organization BENEFITS *Why join ESCO?* • This opportunity far exceeds the framework of a classic workshop manager function, allowing you to actively participate in an ambitious entrepreneurial and industrial adventure • You join a company in full evolution, driven by a young, committed and ambitious management committee, where decisions are quick and good ideas are valued. • You evolve within a healthy and performing organization, with the possibility of having a direct impact on its future development.
