As part of strategic further development, we are looking for, by agreement, a:

Head of Finance, IT and Administration / Member of the GL

Together with a small team, a very versatile and varied area of responsibility awaits you. In the area of finance, you will accompany and control the processes at both a strategic and operational level. These range from the development of multi-year planning and the budget to the timely quarterly and annual financial statements. You will support your employees in the operational accounting processes such as service invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. In addition, you will supervise the fixed asset and operating accounting and ensure a good HRM service. The monthly reporting for the department heads and the GL as well as the quarterly reporting to the Board of Directors are also part of your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you are responsible for the further development of IT and telephony and take care of quality and risk management as well as the governance processes.

Your Profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, IT or comparable qualification
• several years of professional experience in a similar function
• Analytical thinking skills and solution-oriented
• Proactive all-rounder personality who values operational activity
• IT affinity for optimization and digitalization
• Flexibility, organizational skills, and independence
• Industry knowledge and leadership experience an advantage
